Please place your custom orders as soon as possible, it can take a week or 2 to confirm and finalize custom orders so getting your orders in with a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice is best! HOWEVER ATLEAST A MONTH OR 2 IN ADVANCCE FOR WEDDING CAKES IS BEST (OR EARLIER) SO YOU CAN SECURE YOUR DATE!
We welcome all orders up to 1 year in advance!

Custom orders are typically replied to via email on Mondays/Tuesdays. If your order is urgent please say so/if you haven’t received a response after 1 week don’t hesitate to get in touch! x

Please let us know your wedding date and the date/approx time you wish to pickup- It's ok if this changes closer to the day.

Order Size

Please let us know what size cake/order you are after Refer to our Flavours/Size guide page for serving sizes and further details. If you are still unsure on size needed let us know how many it will need to serve and whether you are wanting it to feed larger dessert sized slices or smaller party/coffee sized slices. Try be as clear and descriptive as possible.

Flavour

Let us know what flavour you would like for your order- please refer to our flavours/size guide page After a custom flavour we do not offer? let us know and we will let you know if this is possible-this may cost extra. If you are ordering more than 1 item please be clear on what flavour is for what item!

For Cake-Icing type

Choose your preferred icing type. Please note ganache costs extra.

Allergens

Please specify whether this order has any allergy requirements/what they are-i.e. gluten free/vegan etc. If ordering more than one item with different allergy requirements please clearly state which allergies are for what item. Please take note on our custom order info/flavour menu page what flavours can be done for each allergy.

Design Details/Extra Info

Please detail your design ideas here. We will request inspo pics upon confirmation that we are available for your date. Alternatively to make the process faster feel free to include links to google images etc. Let us know- -Colour scheme, toppings, theme, etc. Some ideas (smooth white iced, Coloured icing, comb effect, waved texture, rough iced, sharp/rough edges, fully iced, semi naked etc.. chocolate drip, artificial, dried or fresh flowers, macarons, chocolates, cake topper/ custom initials plaque on front.
